Short Description

Provide excellent after sales support to achieve high customer satisfaction towards Honda brand
(Delivery)
•    Handle & resolve internal and external issue promptly with appropriate countermeasure together with respective Unit/ Section/ Department/ Division PIC.
•    Assist Dealer by actively communicate with Dealer Principal to resolve operational issue by proposing appropriate action plan to Dealer & Management according to unit functions responsibility.
•    Prepare regular reports on departmental performance, including sales, monthly parts sales forecast and projects progress.
•    To undertake any others project, tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time.

(Operation)
•    Assist immediate superior to manage & monitor respective Unit/ Section subordinates on task delegation & provide necessary guidelines/ instructions to subordinates & monitor subordinates progress efficiently
•    Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality and high-efficient service.
•    Lead, mentor and develop a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
•    Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Help to them to improve/ grow and success as a team.
•    Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and improve department operations.
(Tactical)
•    Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase parts sales and achieve company goals.
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, at the same time, promoting genuine spare parts.
•    Analyze market trends, understand the industry of motorcycle spare parts, competitor activities and able to identify opportunities and threats.
•    Increase, retain & ensure satisfaction of internal and external customer towards Honda services & brand by conducting and implementing excellent customer service support.
(Strategic)
•    Develop and implement strategies to enhance market share, profitability company’s market position and achieve business goals.
