Short Description

Execute and support superior in overseeing the execution of strategic After Sales Planning to promote services and products, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, customer retention and BSH after sales profit.
(Operation)
•    Carry out and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks or themes efficiently as assigned by immediate superior, in line with company expectations.
•    Prepare reports in accordance with the team or section’s functions and responsibilities.
•    Support immediate superior in preparing necessary items to support BSH internal sections, departments, divisions, business units, and external party i.e. ASH and HM.
•    To undertake any others project, tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time.
(Operation)
•    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned and identify areas for improvement, conduct in-depth analysis and propose countermeasure to meet company expectations.
•    Assist the immediate superior in managing and monitoring subordinates by delegating tasks, providing necessary instructions, and efficiently tracking their progress.
•    Support Dealer’s operation by actively communicating with the Dealer Principal to resolve operational issues and propose appropriate action plans according to team or section’s responsibilities.
•    Assist immediate superior in resolving internal and external issue actively with appropriate countermeasure together with respective Section, Department, Division PIC.
(Tactical)
•    Increase, retain and ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers regarding Honda services and brand by implementing excellent customer service support.
