Service Data Specialist - Auto

Reporting to the Service Experience Lead - Auto, the Service Data Specialist – Auto is responsible for key data analytics and business insights, to maximise active customers & seamless day-to-day departmental business operations.  

The Service Data Specialist is a key point of contact for the coordination of follow up activities and departmental projects which support Service Experience strategy and direction.  This involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including the Honda Centre Network and Regional Sales Teams.
