About the role
Reporting to the Head of Service, this is a key national role within the Service department, responsible for driving network performance by maximising active customers, supporting service excellence through service product participation and implementation, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction to enable business growth.
Acting as the central liaison between the Service Department and Business Development Managers (BDMs), the Service Performance Lead ensures strong strategic alignment and effective two‑way communication with regional teams and dealers. The role also leads the development of national and tactical service campaigns, incentive programs, and customer engagement initiatives, while monitoring key service KPIs and working with regional teams to implement corrective actions and performance improvements where required.
