Reporting to Service Planning Lead, the Service Planning Specialist provides crucial support to national service product strategy, pricing, customer data & insights to help maximise customer retention. This role coordinates and leads back-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, data quality, analytics and reporting across both Automotive and Motorcycle/Power Products (MC/PP) business.

Key responsibilities are but not limited to, coordinating the service KPI budget and forecast process, results analytics, retention modelling, National and Honda centre level performance tracking, service pricing modelling and reviews.  Additionally, the role provides important support service strategy development, by leveraging retention modelling (Active customers), service forecasting (PMs) & performance analytics, the specialist optimizes pricing, product value, for our service proposition to customers.

Finally, the role oversees outsourced providers, performance tracking, and new model service planning (SP), ensuring a data-driven, efficient, and customer-centric service approach.
