Short Description

Responsible for maintenance, repairing, improvement all machine and facility equipment system for BSH plant. This will be accomplished through collaboration, coordination and communication with all section staff and associates. The goals of the activities - to ensure all machine/equipment inside BSH plant has proper maintenance and ensure in good condition. Provide guidance to below subordinate during/whenever perform task/job given
•    Assist maintenance section to respond immediately to equipment breakdowns for respective assigned section, investigate equipment failures, diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations for improvement project to prolong machine life span. 
•    Assist maintenance section to execute Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work for respective assigned section to improve production machine & reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns.
•    To lead and ensure compliance with BSH mechanical, electrical and safety standards for new installation also for modification of existing equipment.
•    To ensure all spare and consumable parts in sufficient level and responsible for issuing raise-up purchase requisition
•    Responsible for sourcing critical spare parts through supplier and liaising with purchasing department and cost conscious towards company.
•    Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. 
•    Liaise with section concern for further improvement or new fabrication/installation/improvement/ machine/equipment.
•    Responsible to ensure safety by following Safety Standard properly & responding to any safety issues for respective assigned section.
•    Responsible for ensuring 5S and housekeeping of engineering department working area, equipment, stores & tools in order and make recommendation for improvement.
•    Responsible for alerting immediate superior of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that.
•    Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
