Reporting Supervisor : Chief Manager 

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor Degree / MBA .

Preferred/Desired qualification : B. Tech / Bachelor Degree ( MBA or PGDM preferable)

Specific experience : 3 ~ 5 years of experience in channel sales preferable in agriculture industry .

Overall experience 3 ~ 5 years of experience in channel sales . 

Job Purpose

To take care of sales in assigned territory .

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, Execution of sales related activities.

 • To ensure front line sales-selling of products.

 • To keep a track of market and competitor’s activity. 

• To take care of the achievement of sales targets allocated.

• To look after institutional sales-Corporate & Govt. Dept.

• To manage enquires and promote sales generation activities. 

• Ensuring adherence to commercial systems/ policies of the company.

• Keep a track of tender business taking place in territory.

• To look after Dealer/Distributor and Channel Network Management. 

• Can do competition scanning.

• To take care of the issues related to network development. 

• Subsidy promotion. 

• Regular customer contact and feedback on our product.

• Gather information about any new product introduction in market.

• To keep a track on timely collection of BR.

• Judicious usage of allocated Budget. 

• Reporting, MIS. 

• To enhance Honda Power Products in the assigned territory through the dealers.
