Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR projects and tools in key areas (e.g., recruitment, manpower, or employer branding).Support cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives.Collect and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Prepare reports, documents, and communication materials related to HR projects.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 - 4 years of strategical experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employer branding.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
