Technical Officer - Power Equipment

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Officer plays an important role in providing comprehensive Technical and Parts Interpretation support to Honda's Power Equipment (PE), Motorcycle (MC) & Marine dealer networks.

The Technical Officer must also ensure the telephone contact line is attended and answered at all times, in a prompt and efficient manner and that any follow-up required is provided within an appropriate time frame.

This role primarily supports the Power Equipment (PE) dealer enquiries.
