Reporting to the Market Quality Lead, the Warranty Specialist is a unified role and is responsible for managing claims and Prior Work Approvals (PWA); maintaining effective communication with the Honda networks; overseeing warranty operations and conducting warranty training to support network development. The role also includes ensuring compliance through Honda network audits; generating warranty reports; and managing relationships with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations; and continuously finding efficiencies and improvements in warranty processes.
